本次签约标志着双方进入全面战略合作新阶段，中国移动通信有限公司与水利部黄河水利委员会在河南郑州举行战略合作协议签约仪式。
6月5日，中国移动副总经理张冬、中国移动发展战略部总经理刘昕与黄委规计局局长杨立彬分别代表双方签订协议。共同推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。
